Chef Mark and his team are amazing. Loved everything but especially the bananas foster! The steak was amazing, perfectly paired with asparagus and duchesse potatoes. Loved the crab cake as well! His team was great, arrived a couple hours before the party and worked their magic in my kitche, all the guests loved the dinner! Highly recommended!!
Chef Mark’s attention to detail elevates his dishes to a whole new level! His food is so delicious and he is a great person to work with! Among other things we had the most amazing deconstructed Tiramisu, shrimp & grits & bacon wrapped quail.
I recently worked with Chef Mark for my mom’s 60th birthday party dinner. The whole experience was an absolute delight from start to finish. He was easy to communicate with and was available by both email and phone. He kept the process simple and I appreciated that he had a menu of options that we could pick from. The food was fabulous! All of our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food and how special the whole experience felt. Very appreciative to Chef for helping make my mom’s birthday one we will all never forget. And we all still can’t stop talking about their shrimp and grits!
We had a very wonderful experience with Chef Mark. His combination of professionalism, humor, courtesy, selection of wonderful food and skill made for a thoroughly enjoyable time. Not only was the food and service fantastic, but I think he and Minerva also left the kitchen even more spotless than when they arrived - although I’m not sure how that was even possible to do!! Chef Mark helped us organize and plan a wedding anniversary party for my parents. His services left an impression that will stay with our family and live happily in our memories forever. Thank you Chef Mark for helping give our parents and us all such a wonderful and unique experience. Our family will cherish it always.
Chef Mark is amazing!!! He is very responsive to emails and texts. His four course meal is amazing. He made scallops, sea bass, wild mushroom soup, and desserts for us. All is very delicious. I would definitely hire chef mark again. You should hire him, best decision ever. I interviewed a few chefs in San Antonio and he was the best and the real deal.
