What an incredible experience we had on Friday, November 14. First time for all four of us. The restaurant was busy: wait staff hustling around and guests were enjoying themselves. There was great energy and it had a great atmosphere. Ambiance was perfect: lighting not too dark and definitely not too bright. We could tell there was someone in charge which is always a good indicator for us. His name was Tan and he was pitching in to support all staff wherever needed (pouring water, clearing tables, serving, checking with the guests, etc.). Our server, Julia, was excellent. Food was top notch. The steaks were some of the best we’ve ever had anywhere! An incredible wine list (especially for Wichita). We loved everything about the experience and it’s absolutely a place to go for any special celebration. Highly recommended and we will return! Thank you!!

Great food but even better service. Ordered the Waygu New York strip with Oscar topping. It did not disappoint!! Portions were tremendous but accurate for a Steakhouse. Wedge salad dressing was a vinegarett blue cheese...unheard of but very delicious. Mike, our server, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu providing excellent recommendations. Chesters is definitely a food highlight during work trip to Wichita!

My husband and I loved this place. We didn’t have a reservation on a Saturday and got there at 5pm starving and ready to eat. We were seated quickly and given a secluded table with a view that we wanted. The lobster cocktail appetizer was to die for. The steaks were perfectly cooked and quality local meat, the sides were fantastic (corn, French fries and asparagus was way too much for 2 people but sooooo goooood!) - and we would do it all again and order the same exact food. We eat steaks all over the world. This was one of our favorites. The atmosphere is great for a romantic dinner or a get-together. Beautiful experience with a friendly staff💖

We were walk ins (after calling and seeing there was no wait) and elected to sit outside. ATMOSPHERE: They had a guy playing guitar and singing and it was absolutely perfect with gorgeous weather on the water. As the night wore on, they lit the fire and turned the canopy lights on. It was perfect for a night dinner. SERVICE: Let me state, if you’re in a hurry, this is not the place to go but (I think) it’s designed this way. It’s a classy, high end restaurant and they allow time in between courses. Don’t be in a rush. We were there for 1.5 hours and it was great! Our waiter was kind, considerate, and professional. The manager came by our table 3 times greeting us and making sure everything was good. Super friendly atmosphere! FOOD: It’s sufficient to say, everything we had was fabulous! We got the Philly cheesesteak rolls for appetizers and had plenty of time to enjoy them. Our salads, a bit later, were perfect with chilled fruit and such. The main course came a bit later. My wife had the Bistro Filet cooked medium (perfect done) and I had the 16 oz ribeye medium rare (perfectly done). When it was all said and done, we were well pleased and will be back again.

Just dined yesterday evening, had a great time! Our server was knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. Fantastic atmosphere, decent size menu but what really surprised us were all of the alcohol options. TONS of wine, lots of bourbon and drink choices. The food was really good, we shared an entree wedge salad which was a great portion. We got the lamb lollipops & salmon both were very good. Highly recommend!
