I recently had the pleasure of hiring Chicago Ice Truck for a Summer event party, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. The team did an excellent job handling all the orders, ensuring everyone was served promptly and efficiently. Their professionalism contributed significantly to the success of the event. The ice cream was delicious, and there was a great variety of flavors to choose from, which our guests really enjoyed. The staff was friendly, accommodating from the initial contact until the end of the event and truly added a special touch to the party. I cannot say enough pleasant things about our experience with Chicago Ice Cream Truck. Sam was very professional in all his communications. The ice cream truck was early and the vendor was very kind. Seeing the ice cream truck brought smiles to everyone's faces. The kids enjoyed a special treat, and the adults were able to relive memories of their childhood. Such a fun treat for our event!
Wonderful experience with Chicago Ice Cream Truck for our daughter’s birthday (March 2021) from start to finish. They were extremely responsive and professional with my questions/emails, showed up on time, very clean truck, fresh ice cream, great selection and very nice to all our guests. Wonderful and vast products! I recommend to go with their soft serve as it was an absolute hit with our guests! The entire process was an absolute delight!
