Had a great lunch. My wife and i both got chili dogs and sampled a couple different chilis and the amazing Slather Sauce!. Looking forward to hearing about any upcoming tasting parties!
Absolutely delish :) I had the chili with corn bread . Omg it was the best chili I have ever had ! The owner is extreme cool and makes you feel very welcomed.
First visit was today for a take out order of chili and corn muffins. We will be back for more. Both were absolutely awesome, well flavored and balanced so that no ingredient overpowered. Easily a 10 out of 10.
Food 11/10, atmosphere 20/10. If I could only give more stars! When I walked in I was greeted right away by the aroma of hot chili, a warm handshake and a smile from the owner, along with an offer to taste. The chili is spectacular, something for everyone with vegan and traditional options, I had the Ranchhand which was phenomenal! The cornbread muffins were fresh out of the oven and the chili... did I mention how good it is? They have dogs, chili dogs, chili, hand squeezed lemonade and home made tortillas on the weekends cooking classes and beers to .akr your own... this place is a trie Carmichael treasure! Highly recommended!!
We stopped by one afternoon and met Dom who told us what they do and how everything is sourced and Good let us taste Chilis and cornbread OK and lemonade. We decided to host our weekly Supper Club there and just had a marvelous time! Chef Smith served three Chilis, homemade tortillas, cornbread AND waffles. We had peach pie and lovely drinks. This place anywhere near your normal restaurant. This is more like dropping by your mother’s kitchen. If you haven’t stopped by, do yourself a favor visit the store buy some locally sourced beans and rice and taste some great chili. We plan on taking some of the classes they offer and stopping by often.
