Did the superhuman protocol I feel amazing I had the privilege of having a spa day with my dad. He had A great time, relaxing, working on his neuropathy with the amazing Beamer therapy and the red light bed… Highly recommend this place for a peaceful self-care day By yourself or with a friend, it’s amazing!
This is an Awesome business. I've had two sessions so far with multiple treatments, and my neuropathy is already diminished! Candice and Aria are both VERY knowledgeable and have provided me with GREAT service. I've purchased a package of treatments at a EXTREMELY reasonable price. Was in town on a work trip and wanted to find a good spot for muscle recovery. Was in a pinch to find something quickly as I was only going to be there for a couple of days. Chill N Out Cryo was just what I needed. Sandy at the front desk was so kind and informative. She went out of her way to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. The equipment they have there is incredible, love the red light bed, and that cryo-chamber was unlike anything I’ve ever seen! I wasn’t expecting to feel such a difference in my body only going one time, I felt like a different person when I was done! Absolutely love that place, would recommend it to anyone who is visiting from out of town, or people who live in San Diego and need a place to consistently keep their body healthy. 10/10 from me!
Love this place! I go here for red light therapy, infrared sauna and the Cryo therapy(you have to try Cryo if you haven’t)! All the girls are super sweet and pleasant. The place is clean, quiet, relaxing, and they validate your parking ticket.
