What an incredible venue ChillAxe is! An amazing day of axe throwing, the venue has all the facilities needed and the staff are so attentive. Can’t wait to come again

The owners are rude and ignorant. We had no set reservation time, we said we would be there closer to the time they open which is 4pm. We got there around 4:20. They were mad we were "late" and the wife asked if we were seriously going to throw for 2 hours. They had a wedding going on at the same time and had to cater to that as well. If you can't handle your own business and a wedding then don't do both. Mind you my husband and I were the only ones there. It's been awhile since I did axe throwing so I have to find my rhythm. I throw a little hard, I admit. I honestly try not to, but until I got the momentum it was a little hard. The wife made a comment that I was throwing too hard. I told her I was trying to figure it out and the husband immediately said if I continued he wouldn't allow me to throw any more because I would break his axe. We had a gift certificate and I was already upset with how rude the wife was when we first arrived. We ended up leaving very dissatisfied. This wasn't our first time there but it was our last. Update: Your response to my review has false accusations. When you asked us to do the waiver I wasn't even looking up, I was looking down at my phone so no, I didn't roll my eyes and I did fill out a waiver. We have been axe throwing multiple times and know a waiver is required. If I "didn't fill one out" then shame on you for letting me even throw. Also, the anger you claim we had, maybe was caused by your ignorance and how you treated us. Your "hundreds of people" can disagree and that's fine, especially considering you had NO ONE there on a Saturday evening and even said had no bookings for a Saturday. So I'm sure your "hundreds of people" can help boost your ego, but not your business.

First time I've ever been axe throwing! Got invited by my buddy and had a blast. The staff were super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about how to help new people get their foot in the door! Will most certainly be back
