I was genuinely looking forward to working with this clinic. But Dr Mazgaloff was quite rude to me, saying they are “disturbed” why I rescheduled a 3rd time. When I spoke to her on the phone, not once did she ask why I couldn’t make it. I in fact am very sick and on medical leave this week, and this morning my health provider said I still should not be in close contact with people which is why I rescheduled on short notice. There is absolutely nothing I can do about it, and I feel a bit attacked in this way because I also work in public health and respect cancellation policies in fully understand where they are coming from, but to be told that they no longer want to see me because I physically couldn’t make it in is really unfair and unkind, especially when someone is contagious and can’t be around others. I would really hope that they reach out to rectify this because I really want to work with this clinic as I know that they are good people and good practice.
I’m an esthetician and had been dealing with constant neck pain from work but Dr. Mazgaloff has quickly reversed it. I love that she actually spends time massaging the area before adjusting and doesn’t do the same adjustment every visit like other chiropractors I’ve tried. She’s thoughtful, effective, and truly pays attention to what my body needs. Highly recommend!
Dr. Mazgaloff is amazing. I came with acute shoulder/neck pain and not only she helped me but also explained what was happening and showed how to maintain the progress via exercises. This greatly improved my quality of life. Thank you!
I've been to a few chiropractors in the past and Dr. Matzgoff was the best I've had! She combines different techniques in her treatment including massage and cupping in addition to spinal adjustments. She is attentive and educates on injury prevention techniques and maintenance exercises which I really appreciated! She helped me understand more of how my body works and how I can treat it better. Scheduling is very flexible as well. Would highly recommend!
This isn’t your typical “snap, crackle, pop” chiropractic office—it’s full-body, functional care that actually supports your overall health. Dr. Mazgaloff and the team are incredible, just go ahead and book them to check them out. I come in monthly for Chiro adjustments based on what my body really needs…which the doctor is always checking and aligning her treatments around. I also alternate in theoretic cupping, acupuncture, and massage with Catherine, who brings a wonderful and fun Irish heritage + accent into the office mix.
