10/10 experience , been to them multiple times and always had a quick turnaround. Everything seemed to be done in house. They’re honest with their pricing and informative of the process. Compared to other repair shops that I’ve been to, Choice Jewelers had the best customer service and turn around.
I almost want to keep this place my little secret because they were able to get my engagement ring resized and cleaned in ONE DAY! When everyone else said 3 weeks minimum. They even gave me a discount. But here I am blabbing about how great they are and all of yall will run over there and make the wait longer for me in the future (because this is for sure my go-to jewelry repair place, now) ;). Oh well it is worth it - the service was also extremely friendly and trustworthy. 100% recommend.
I wish I had a before photo to show my amazement and appreciation of Christian’s work. I took in a very sentimental piece belonging to my husband. It was a gift from his father whom I’ve never met. My husband had bent the band and has never taken it in for professional ANYTHING to included cleaning. If you knew my husband you also know he is very protective of his items. For him to take it off and hand it to me made me feel like he was putting his life into my hands. I googled places near me and empathically chose Choice Jewelers over other places. It’s in “the cut”. The door is locked. When you were let in, there’s nothing other than work stations. It actually made me feel like my item was in the best of hands. Nothing fancy. No display cases or seating areas. I like it. Although I only asked for reshaping and polishing then added the prongs to be fixed so the stone doesn’t get lost, it was definitely worth every penny. Christian tried to help me convince my husband to add more to the band so it could last another 20-30 years but because my husband is overly sentimental, the work done was more than enough. When I went to pick it up, I was so shocked to see what polishing and cleaning can do to one piece. I now look at it with new and more appreciative eyes. I love what they’ve done and will continue to do business with them in the future.
Most amazing experience with Christian and the staff! Christian resized and cleaned my engagement ring in the same day! He also cleaned and added a diamond to my wedding ring! One of the diamonds fell out and he replaced it for free. :,) I appreciate you Christian. Thank you so much for your kindness.
I had an amazing experience working with Christian and Liz. From start to finish, Christian was incredibly helpful, guiding me through every detail of the ring design. He was patient, open to multiple iterations, and respectful of my budget throughout the process. What stood out most was not just his deep knowledge and craftsmanship, but the way he took time to explain each step—from CAD design tweaks to the actual casting of the ring. I felt fully involved in creating something meaningful. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
