I walked in and the first thing I did was clip a glass on another table and it smashed, the staff were sound about it and cleaned it all up really well. It was my birthday so the waiter gave me a glass of bubbly on the house even though truthfully I wouldnt have blamed them giving me it in a plastic cup. The sirloin was perfectly cooked an the prawn starter was very flavoursome. My only small critique would be the tables are so close together that people could listen in to our conversations. Would visit again in a heartbeat, staff were top rate!
Food was lovely! Service was quick as well. We went on the Sunday for my bfs birthday. Isaac who served us was so lovely and welcoming! He even wrote a little happy birthday on the bill which was much appreciated and he was just so lovely!!!
Wonderful dinner had by all. The prawn starter was absurdly delicious. Would be an amazing main at a seafood joint. But we came for the meat. And meat we feasted on! My friend had the fillet... So tender and juicy; cooked exactly to her request. My other guest had a 🥩 ribbeye with some sort of magical powers. I settled for the big cut... A huge 620g t-bone best of both the worlds. The chimichurri was the best I have had in any stake house. Though the stilton Dianne was disappointing as it did not deliver that blue cheese experience I was craving. This is a minor niggling gripe. The steak was soo good... I ate most with out any sauce. The ambience is quiet and feels like a ski chalet. Bring the appetite and you won't be disappointed.
We had a fantastic experience tonight, thanks to Frank and Katie who were absolutely brilliant. They were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel looked after from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped us with a booking issue without hesitation. Service like this makes such a difference — thank you both for making our visit so enjoyable! And Frank, we’re glad you chose Liverpool you bring the perfect mix of French charm with Scouse hospitality!
Absolutely phenomenal! Ribeye cooked to perfection, chunky chips were really nice and cooked well. Stilton Diane sauce was also really good. The star of the show for us unbelievably was the white chocolate cheesecake with berry compote. This dessert was so light and tasted amazing, honestly one of the nicest things ive ever tasted! Served by Holly, fantastic service and friendly smile. Made sure we were looked after during our visit. Very informative and well presented. The dining area was very clean and modern, a real nice place to sit and enjoy a meal. 5 stars all round.
