Chuze Fitness à Anaheim est un centre de remise en forme polyvalent équipé d'une salle de sport, d'une piscine et d'options de cours. Les clients soulignent un bon rapport qualité-prix et un personnel chaleureux et exceptionnel, ainsi que d'excellents cours. Certaines évaluations évoquent des préoccupations concernant les décisions de la direction, les changements de tarification et le maintien des anciens tarifs pour les clients actuels. The staff is friendly and the classes are great, but I’m disappointed with management’s decision to charge extra for Team Training. Instead of increasing class availability to match the number of memberships sold, paying members are now being asked to pay more. This differs from what was originally included in the contract and is not reassuring.
I paid for a premium membership in 2025 and was able to attend team training. Now, in 2026, they just decided to change the plan even though I've been paying continuously for the premium membership, and now I'm no longer allowed to attend that class and must upgrade to a higher plan. I would expect a company to grandfather me into an older plan, and most do. If they're willing to do this, then who knows what else they'll take away the following year, or even a few months from now. This is not a company you can trust with your money. Reminds me of Darth Vader: "I have altered our deal. Pray I do not alter it further."
The gym staff needs to be better trained. Young employees are rude and behave like jocks. Not trying to put any of them down, but none of them would survive 1 Round in the boxing/Muay Thai ring with me. As a boxing/kickboxing coach myself, I’ve learned the art of discipline and being professional. Your appearance(muscle mass) has nothing to do with your fighting skills. These young kids don’t know that. Again, the gym itself is nice. It’s just the young so called “fitness trainers” that need to be better trained at behaving professionally. They can be very rude and unprofessional
Good Gym Potential To Be BETTER. Scanner to the pool suana/steam room never works so youre always waiting for someone on the inside to open the door.They try take payment 10 days before due date so you have two due dates, idk why. They have an ice machine but wont share with their members. Water station gives warm water and are filthy.
Best gym I ever was a part of. The value for the price is well worth it. They also manage the guests quite well when they get stupid & selfish with community equipment. (As in hogging it by sitting there just doom scrolling on equipment and not letting others jump in so we can get on with our work out and get out. 🙄). That’s priceless! And all of the staff I’ve encountered are amazing.
