Took my wife there for her birthday for a couples massage. The front desk was very welcoming. They massage therapists were very friendly, warm, and fun. They gave us a great experience. The room was very relaxing and very clean. It was such and awesome and relaxing experience. We will be going back and highly recommend.
I have given business to Citrus Massage over the years and have consistently and thoroughly enjoyed my experiences. The staff was always warm and courteous upon entering the building, massage therapists were skilled, and I recommended this business to others. My last visit on Saturday, September 13 was underwhelming; upon entering, there was no warm and friendly greeting as in the past. The front desk girl could not have been less interested in putting on a smile or speaking more than a few words. I walked in a few minutes past my appointment time and the therapist seemed a little short with me. Prices had increased since my last visit, so I was already paying $120 for a 60 minute massage, which seemed like a high rate to begin with. The massage therapist was very skilled and I did tip her an additional $20, based on her skill level. However, she stopped the massage after 50 minutes (I assume it was because we started 10 minutes later than scheduled, though she did not affirm that at any point.) I was also not told in advance to arrive early or else I would lose time on the clock. Had I known in advance that I should have arrived early, I would have made a better effort to arrive prior to my scheduled time, but I also don’t know if the 50 minutes was intentional. We were planning to do a full body massage and there was no time to do my feet or scalp, apparently. My back felt much better after I left, though I think I overpaid for the massage. I am not planning to go back to Citrus Massage for my next massage, based on the cost and lacking customer service. The little things stand out to me, when choosing a business, especially with price increases. I am disappointed to say that I will shop around again before my next massage.
I have been to a few massage places in my time and this place they genuinely listened to my needs and preferences, and tailored the massage perfectly to what I was looking for. My wife and i went here for our anniversary and the atmosphere was calming, clean, and professional, and every detail including the lighting and the music, helped create a relaxing environment. The therapist was incredibly skilled, attentive, and respectful throughout the session. You can tell they truly care about their clients and take pride in their work. This was, without a doubt, the best massage experience I’ve ever had. I left feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and completely at ease. I will absolutely be returning, and recommending this place to anyone looking for a massage.
Such a lovely, serene, simple space. Friendly and helpful staff. My massage by Gracie was terrific! The temperature, the pressure, the scents....all perfect. A relaxing and delightful experience. I signed up for the monthly membership and can't wait to go back.
My neck, shoulders and lower back have been hurting sonI tried out Citrus Massage in Chandler. What a great experience. The feel of the place is comforting and very clean. I had a very good masseuse and got my problem areas worked through. I highly recommend Citrus Massage.
