Fast service and no-pressure environment! It was refreshing that they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I opted for the additional retinal imaging, which was clearly explained as an extra cost, but otherwise, the exam was straightforward and quick. The doctor explained me whats going on inside my eye showing me the images and how i could keep taking care of my eyes.
I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen for a couple of years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She's very precise and takes her time in making sure the prescription is correct. She's thorough, patient, and kind. The front desk staff and technician are extremely nice as well! They remember me by name when I only come in once a year, which makes me feel appreciated and welcomed. Thank you for the best eye care! Update: today I saw a different doctor but she was just as nice and thorough as Dr. Nguyen. Still love this location and the staff.
Let me start off by saying I rarely leave reviews, but Dr. Nguyen has blown away my expectations of an optometrist. The staff is super quick, I called at 2pm and they got me in at 4pm the same day. Everyone is absolutely top tier in their fields here. I have very unique needs in my left eye and Dr. Nguyen has gone further for my eyesight than any optometrist has for me in the last 15 years. If I’m not back seeing this team and Dr. Nguyen then I’m either dead or have left Texas 😂
Great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the exam. What stood out the most was how thorough they were — I didn’t feel rushed, and they really paid attention to detail. I also appreciate how clean and modern the office was. Definitely one of the best optometrist visits I’ve had in years. Highly recommend.
Great experience, Dr Nguyen and her team took their time with me during the visit to get to know me as a patient and to address all of my concerns. She also took her time in making sure that my glasses and contact prescriptions were perfect and I did not feel rushed at all. Would highly recommend especially to patients who have gone to other practices and felt that they were just a number.
