Starting with the quoting process by George, City Roofing was the only one to provide a detailed written estimate proposal style and emailed for review. Everything was spelled out in detail and in a professional manner. They were true professionals from start to finish, keeping me appraise of updates at all times. We acquired a building that had been serviced by City Roofing. Since the repairs were still in excellent condition, even a few years after completion, we asked them to issue a warranty in our name as the new owners. They promptly sent their site manager to inspect the property, and thanks to the great quality of their work, the roof was found to be in excellent shape. As a result, they were able to extend the roof warranty to us. This is exactly the kind of trust and professionalism you hope to find in a well-done job. Thank you for your support!
City Roofing was very attentive to my needs and concerns. They were patient and ensured I was clear on each process of the roof work. My sales rep Joe C. Is the best. He was always available for questions and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions.My job Forman Mario was proactive and kept me up to date with each step of the roofing job and let me know what to expect. Every person that I had interactions with was friendly kind and ensured I was happy with their service. I’m sure anyone could’ve done the job, but City Roofing gave me high quality customer service.
