My first impression of this place was great. Communication was there , brought my truck in a few months ago and got it diagnosed and done in a few hours all with reasonable pricing. Now, it’s rare they answer the phone. Even more rare when they answer the phone with actual progress of your car. Make C&J great again
Called for mobile mechanic, picked up the next day, waited WEEKS, paid 700$ for the service 5th cylinder misfire, drove it around again and I suddenly had a 4th cylinder misfire. Took it to a different mechanic who said that nothing had been replaced, the broken one was put into the 4th cylinder. I’m truly disgusted- this is shameful. I understand taking a while and paying a bit but just flat lying is shameful.
I am so grateful to Craig and Jessica. I have a 2012 Toyota Camry. One day, out of nowhere the car started showing weird signs, starts and dies. The problem was hard to detect. I live away from OKC. But Craig towed at late night at a very reasonable price. Then the car started behaving more weird, it stopped failing. Usually other mechanics would return it. But they were patient, they had my car for one month. At one point, I left hope to get it back. I was heartbroken because I really love my car. I bought it with my hard earned money as a student. They knew my issues and respected. But finally Jessica fixed it, it was just an ignition coil. Even they were not happy as the minor issue made me suffer for long. Finally, the bill that they handed over was actually surprising… way less than anticipated.. as it was a one month journey. The day I went to bring my car back.. I was just surprised. The place was filled with uncountable cars.. exhibiting their busy life and reputation. The story doesn’t end here. I had to add additive to my transmission and Jessica did it for free. Other mechanics would easily charge a lot as the wheel had to be opened. The car is good now,, already driven 6K miles after bringing it back in 4 months. They don’t work for money. They are good people and good mechanics. They are the people who can be relied on. I wish them all the best.
This place was once great! I had over 2,000 worth of things done here in the last year but once Craig let everyone go(or whatever happened) I have had the worst experience i could have possibly experienced. After my car sat in a field across the street for 11 Days I finally offered to pay for the tow and wanted to be done. I was told the engine was locked up. It wasn’t. I was told no one would fix my car today. They did. It was the starter just like I had said when he picked it up and towed it to his establishment. I have over 15 minutes of him rambling about nonsense on video when he decided he wanted to try to work on my car once i had a new tow truck on the way to retrieve my vehicle( pictured) If I could give 0-10 I would and I have brought all the receipts to prove it! I wish I could upload video. No communication. No customer service. I picked up my car from this location at 11am and my car is now fixed by 6:30 pm thanks to a good friend!
I came here to have a potential car examined before purchashing. Craig was very informative, friendly, and educated in mechanics. He paid us his full attention and answered all of our questions. I just bought an amazing Subaru outback per his recommendation and I am so excited to have a great car for a good deal.
