We have only had great experiences with The Claridge Resort. Our Maltese Poodles Ollie and Pippa get so excited when we pull up to the resort and I know they are in great hands. After trying a few other dog boarding/daycare centers in the collierville/germantown area Claridge is absolutely our favorite and we won’t take our pups anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and our dogs look forward to staying here.
My golden doodle Nia just celebrated her 3rd birthday. She has been attending Daycare at the Claridge since she was 16 weeks. She boards ONLY at Claridge. They are the BEST! Thank you Claridge.
If you love your pet more than anything in the world this is your place for them when you are away! Truly a rare find and one of a kind experience for your pet! Absolutely terrific place! Chance had his first visit today and we could't be happier! Chance is a rescue/shelter dog and gets nervous about new places and people. Everyone made Chance feel extremely welcome! They gave Chance what every rescue/shelter dog needs and that's an open heart and chance! Emily and her staff are absolutely terrific! They went above and beyond for Chance even trying potato wedges to see if he would open up more to them! They even gave him a donkey where he would have a familiar smell of the place for his next visit! Currently he's sleeping with it! We have a plan for Chance to come visit to interact with the staff more where he can build his confidence! Thank you to everyone who works there for making today an extremely exceptional day for Chance and I!
Claridge did an amazing job with my 10 year old Aussie boarding him for over a week! He has had some rough experiences in the past with other boarding facilities and has storm anxiety. We were so nervous to leave him anywhere. They gave us a free day before the trip for him to get to know the workers and get used to the environment. I feel like this really helped him adjust a lot. By the time we came back for his actually boarding he was already excited to go back. I think my favorite think was them keeping in contact with me and even sent me pictures of him to ease my own anxiety (I included the photo they sent me of him in his room after play time). They bathed him before pick up for free and took extra care to make sure they used soap he wouldn't have issues with. We got his feet cleaned up and nails filed and they looked amazing! He was having such a good time that when we came to pick him up he didn't even realize we were there. He came out wagging his tail, following the girl who brought him out, thinking he was going outside to play just happy as could be! When we brought him home he was a completely happy puppy! I couldn't thank Claridge enough for putting us at ease and giving my puppy a safe place to be when we have to go out of town❤️
Claridge is awesome! When we first moved here, we boarded our dogs at a very well known and highly reviewed kennel in Memphis. Our dogs were completely traumatized by the experience and both needed vet visits upon our return resulting in nearly a $1000 bill to get them back to feeling better. Needless to say, I was extremely nervous about boarding anywhere ever again. However, we decided to give Claridge a trial run for a long weekend a few months ago and both our English bulldog and French bulldog did amazingly well. We boarded again over spring break for 9 days and came home to happy and healthy dogs! Sweet relief! We won’t be going anywhere else for future travels. We highly recommend Claridge. The staff genuinely seem to care and are always prompt with a response while away. Thanks to all! You guys rock!
