Absolutely beautiful experience! This was my first time participating in a figure drawing class. I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The facilitator (Shay) and the model (Amy) were professional while also keeping the atmosphere fun and approachable. The studio is beautiful and has other class offerings to take advantage of. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and will definitely return! Thank you for a very memorable evening. :)
Truly an incredible experience! 3 of my besties joined me and we all loved it. Jake was a wealth of knowledge, an encouraging and patient person. He puts his heart and soul into his work and it shines.
My niece and daughter did a pottery spinning class at Clay Collective and it was unbelievable! The instructor was so patient, knowledgeable, and hands-on. He taught them different techniques and even catered to the fact that their hands were smaller, adjusting the approach so they could truly succeed and enjoy the process. We loved that he emphasized there’s no such thing as “perfect” — it’s all about the feeling, the creativity, and making something one-of-a-kind. Such a meaningful and memorable experience. We will definitely be back!
My partner and I are always trying to find ways to make long distance fun, and learning to wheel throw at Clay Collective is one of our favorite dates to this day! Jake was extremely knowledgeable and patient as we learned the basics of all things clay. We had a more private class with 2 other couples, which made the overall experience so personal. The front half of the store has some of the most incredible lighting with beautiful handmade jewelry pieces. I ended up getting this adorable pair of clay earrings in the shape of a dice, and I haven't taken them off in the last week:) Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a cute date spot, or to simply pick up a new hobby.
We booked the date night pottery class to celebrate our 9 year wedding anniversary and had a really wonderful time enjoying learning something new together. The studio is beautiful, organized, well run, with great instructors and a lot of space for personal creativity and development of artistry to develop. Would highly recommend their pottery date night to others looking for an evening of getting your hands into clay and creative expression and meeting other people doing the same. Thanks Shay for an incredible studio for others to enjoy, it’s brilliant.
