Very helpful working with our insurance company in establishing a reasonable budget. Construction was on time and they did a great job of cleaning the area post construction. They communicated minor delays with specialty items like the chimney cap and matching roof vents. They exceeded expectations and we were very pleased overall .
I strongly caution anyone considering ClearChoiceRoofing. After a hailstorm, I reached out for an estimate and spoke with a representative named James. I told him multiple times that I could not move forward unless most, if not all, of my deductible was waived, because I didn’t have the funds to pay it. James repeatedly assured me that he would waive most, if not all, of the deductible, leaving me responsible for only a few hundred dollars. Based on those assurances, I agreed to have the work done. After the project was completed, the company went back on their word and demanded the full $3,600 deductible. The verbal promises I relied on were false, and now I am left paying far more than I was told. This experience feels deceptive and unprofessional. Do not trust verbal assurances—make sure everything is documented in writing. They are now attempting to increase the amount owed, even though we previously agreed on a total of $3,000 even, nothing more, which I accepted based on their assurances
Had an emergency and Clear Choice came through clutch. They had a specialist on site within the hour and fixed within the day at a price that was half the other competitors I spoke with. Would highly recommend clear choice for all roofing needs and they made the experience very simple and easy. 10/10 will be using for all my needs going forward.
I have used Clear Choice roofing for 20 years servicing 3 different homes. I have always found them friendly, thorough and trustworthy. This most recent time, a light fixture got damaged and they made every effort to find a matching replacement and were patient with getting final payment as it had to run through the lein holder.
