This is the 1st time I went there & it was a last minute for a routine eye examination. I was able to get an appointment after drawing blank at quite a few places and so thankful to them. Everything was quick and easy. The Dr told me the state of my vision as it stands now. They emailed me the prescription. Front Desk person was very nice and cordial, I did not buy anything as I had already bought my sunglasses but they had a decent selection. I will surely recommend them for a quick routine exam. Dr. Han L. Duong's office is clean the service is pretty minimal. I went in telling her I need my eye checked by someone that can prove to disability that I'm half blind for me to still work and get the benefits needed. She was short and said that they wouldn't accept disability with 1 eye still working. She doesn't know what she's talking about. Should definitely look into info before just throwing out assumptions. I had to search up the eye doctor for her to refer and she didn't specify which doctor I needed which was an ophthalmologist (found on my own). She didn't tell me that if I go through with getting new glasses and exam with her that would be it for 2 years for my insurance. Smh... I wish she would really listen to what the patient needs over profiting for own needs.
Well, they’re nice and they do a good job for the most part! I bought some nice frames that happened to be the in-house brand CEE in June. While the frames look great, they get loose pretty easily. I brought them in to get tightened at one point, and that seemed to have worked for about a month. Needless to say, they got loose again and ended up falling off of my face. Bunch of scratches formed from the fall, so I called up ClearSight to see if the glasses were under some sort of warranty. They said no, but the optometrist was nice enough to give me a discount on some new lenses for the frames, since the scratches were due to the frames getting loose. Good customer service!
My family and I have been going to this office for a few years now. We get our annual eye exams done here. We also get our glasses from this place. They make bold promises when they are selling stuff to you, but when it comes to servicing what they have sold, it’s all empty! My glasses seem to have lost their anti-glare capability quite soon after purchasing. When I reached out to them to have these examined and potentially corrected, they said it’s a $50 processing fee for them to check and send these back in case of a manufacturing defect. Mind it that when they were selling me the glasses they said for a year everything is covered, in case of any scratches or any issues I can get free repairs, but now they say if the glasses have any scratch on them then they are not covered for anti-glare! I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BUY GLASSES HERE!!
J'ai passé ici un examen de la vue en décembre 2017 et j'y ai aussi acheté une paire de lunettes. Elles étaient parfaites et je peux maintenant conduire en toute sécurité. La docteure est la meilleure. Elle est très méticuleuse et attentionnée. Je suis revenu aujourd'hui pour de nouvelles lunettes de soleil et le personnel est toujours aussi serviable. Comme d'habitude, le cabinet est très propre, bien rangé et accueillant. J'aime qu'ils aient une si bonne sélection de montures. Je suis reparti aujourd'hui avec une nouvelle paire de lunettes de soleil. Ce sera désormais mon endroit de référence.
