They were amazing! I got an appointment the same day! Our 1 year old Great Dane that we got from the apl was so scared in the beginning but they were so nice and she warmed up quickly. Super professional work too, they took their time and were just so sweet. Definitely recommend to everyone who is looking for an amazing vet

As a new patient who found Cleveland Veterinary Clinic through a Google search for my area, I'm glad to say that establishing care with Dr. Jones for my dog, Babygirl, was the best decision I could have made. Dr. Jones and her entire staff were wonderful! They understood the urgency of the care my dog required and responded immediately. I'm very pleased to be able to book a next-day appointment. I was thrilled by the personalized nametags they placed on the door of the exam rooms for each of the pets being seen. Thank you, Dr. Jones, for providing exceptional care for Babygirl, and placing value on her wellbeing!

A great experience, from beginning to end. Greeted, warmly, upon entering. The lobby is clean,and bright. The colorful artwork brings everything together. If you have an appointment, they put your pet’s name on the welcome board, in the lobby. What a nice touch. There are coffee, and water bottles available. Staff prepared my coffee for me! The exam room had my dog’s name on the door, which I’ve never seen done, at any prior veterinary clinic. We felt special! They gave my dog lots of treats, to get him acclimated. There was even a toy mat, smeared with peanut butter and other treats, meant for them to eat, and stay calm, while being examined. Relaxing music is played, in the rooms as well . My dog is older, and can be nervous sometimes, but he did great. The overall cost was appreciated. I thought the price tag would be much worse, than it actually turned out to be, which was a pleasant surprise. Will absolutely be bringing him, and my cat here, in the future. Thank you!

Very welcoming and personable environment. I was nervous about how my new skittish cat Lolly might behave at the vet, but Dr. Jones’ office had equipped her check-up room with treats, and soft blanket with catnip. Dr. Jones, and her assistant were so reassuring and I feel relieved my baby is in great hands.

They were so catering! The whole staff was so nice. We immediately got welcomed and had a room ready for my cat a blanket filled with treats and catnip it. was a early morning appointment it wasn’t busy. They were so patient with my cat when examining her. Dr jones was very informative with my cats symptoms and when they emailed me my kitty’s medical records they put tips on how to make cats get along as I explained our situation with my hubby’s cat. The clinic was great! I will continue to take my kitty if any problem occurs, although I do believe they should have a receptionist taking care of the calls and appointments as the the rest of the staff get busy because when I come to the clinic I don’t see a receptionist. Second update they are the best 🥰they had everything ready for my cat to accommodate her. You can tell they really care for their patients that come into their care.
