Discovered this store on a whim. Lovely quality clothing and accessories. The scarf I got there from Le Bonne Shoppe got so many compliments and I returned for a pair of pants and a dress. Excited to visit again in April and continue supporting the store!
My girlfriend is absolutely in love with what she purchased. The customer service was also fantastic. Great curation. I can’t remember the name of the girl who helped us but she was both friendly and helpful.
This location is a treasure! I can't believe I discovered it so recently. Fantastic, one-of-a-kind store selling high-quality clothing of all kinds. Fun patterns, solid colors, jeans, tops, pants, and the cutest dresses of all kinds...
Extremely disappointed with this business. I purchased a tee shirt from them for $68 dollars and $10 shipping. Upon receipt of the merchandise it was clearly an orange shirt although pictures as red and advertised as "brick" it was the color of pumpkin pie. I double checked to make sure I could get a refund or exchange and was assured that if returned in a timely manner they would issue me a full refund. They have confirmed that they had received the item back in the appropriate timeframe even providing screenshots for that effect. Yet I have seen neither hide nor hair of my $68 refund. I received responses from their chat/email that advise me that they issued a refund which is "pending" even though it's been well over three months. Then screenshots that show this pending refund. But have yet to receive my money back. At this point they have told me to take it up with PayPal as the refund has been issued in their end. Completely unacceptable. They cannot provide any screenshot of a completed refund because their is not one. They should not purport to offer refunds if they cannot complete them. I bought myself a $78 dollar headache.
By chance, I noticed some lovely jelly shoes on the store window. I spend some time trying various sizes and colors, the person assisting me was very friendly and patient. I returned the following day to buy the jelly. I then needed to exchange them. Returned to the store and was given a new pair with courtesy and no questions asked. I love my orange jelly and may go back for some lovely earnings. Highly Recomended.
