Buyer beware. I placed an online order with this location on November 13. I have been in constant communication with them in regards to getting a refund that I was promised due to never receiving the item. As a matter of fact the item was never received by USPS. I had to file a charge back with my credit card company for them to finally refund me. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
I will never step foot in this place again. The redheaded woman at the counter was unbelievably rude. This was my first visit, and I walked in with my items to sell. She asked if I had a bin to place them in — obviously, I didn’t. (Sorry, but I’m not about to stroll in with a trash bag like I’m dropping off donations.) She basically scolded me and said, “Let this be the last time.” Last time what? Last time I follow their unadvertised rules? Because nowhere on their website does it say customers need to bring their own bins. Places like Plato’s Closet actually provide them… imagine that. Then she told me the wait would be an hour to an hour and a half. She only had ONE order before mine. I waited three hours. When I finally walked back in, she said none of my items met their criteria. Really? Brand-new clothes with tags from Zara, EXPRESS, and Lulu’s… but somehow nothing qualifies? At this point it was obvious — she didn’t like me the moment I walked through the door, and she acted like it. Terrible customer service. I’m done with this place.
I dropped off clothes twice - and both times they only gave me $28 - but they took different amounts of things. Some stuff still had tags or new / gently used clothes that have a brand behind them and will never give me anymore than $28! This last time they took 3 boots from Dillard’s, stuff from express & Zara and I think a purse , they gave me $28 and I told them I’m better off blessing someone for free than coming here again
I tried selling a $420 Ugg+Telfar Large bag that’s was barely used. They offer $79 lol what a joke. And they have a medium size Telfar online selling for $100. I also had clothes still had the tag on them and they didn’t want any of my items. I personally think it was because I had them in my a plastic bag because this was my first time.
Love this store and location! Has the sweetest of people and great options for clothing! Never have had an item that doesn’t look worn out. Also unlike most places they keep it super organized. I recommend this place to everyone and they also buy your old clothes that you don’t wear anymore. Adore this place.
