They go above and beyond for the dogs! Extremely good with knowing dogs needs and take the time to be sure our dogs are comfortable and happy! They even noticed one of our dogs had some dry skin- she survived a wildfire and they went out of their way to give a soothing bath for her scars themat were getting flaky. The manager Ashley goes above and beyond. Truly can't say enough good things about them!

I boarded my three dogs at a club over the holidays and couldn’t be happier. Two of them don’t do very well when we are away and we were hesitant to board. But Ashli and the staff were great at keeping us updated at how they were doing and kept our minds at ease. They were scared and one didn’t want to eat much, which is typical when we are gone, but they let us know and kept great communication with what they tried and when he ate and how my other two were doing. Even though they were nervous I know they were in good hands. Thank you to the Club staff for taking care of our babies.

Boarded my 2 Golden Retrievers with them for 3 weeks. While there, they got groomed and well cared for. They really did a great job of taking care of my girls. Before I picked them up, were bathed again so they came home fresh and clean. They sent me pictures while they were there. I’d recommend them and would use them again. 5 Stars.

Exceptional Service! First, I had to make the reservation last minute (like the morning of) due to things beyond my control and Club K9 patiently fielded my many, many questions. Second, I was extremely nervous about one of my dogs Bartholomew (he has really high anxiety). Club K9 assured me they would take care of him (I was crying like a mom dropping her child off at daycare for the first time) and my precious girl Sadie. I could not be happier with the care they gave my babies. They kept me updated and let me text as many questions as I needed and responded to everything in a timely fashion. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Club K9! Trully the best!

This was my first time my dog has never been away from home so I was nervous bout dropping her off for 3 days overnight. The staff was very friendly, knew my dog by their name, and provided the upmost care for my pup. I love the daily updates that include photos and videos during playtime! Process was easy and pickup and drop off were smooth. Definitely will be using Club K9 for boarding needs in the future !
