Club Pilates à Honolulu est un studio calme et accueillant, dédié exclusivement au Pilates, qui propose à la fois des cours collectifs et des séances privées. Situé au 987 Queen St, il propose des entraînements sur réformer à trois niveaux, ainsi que Restore et Cardio Sculpt. Les membres louent les instructeurs attentifs — Ashley G, Emily R, Ayaka, Serenity et d’autres — pour des consignes claires, des ajustements réfléchis et une énergie motivante. I’ve been going to Club Pilates since May 29th, 2025, when I took my very first intro class, and it’s truly been one of the best fitness decisions I’ve made. The discounted military pricing initially caught my attention and is what led me to switch from Body Balance, where I previously had a one-month membership. But after that intro class, I completely fell in love with Club Pilates. The location and atmosphere are a huge part of it. Unlike my previous studio, which was smaller and located inside the busy and crowded Ala Moana Mall (making every visit feel stressful), Club Pilates is calm, welcoming, and genuinely relaxing. I love that the studio is 100% dedicated to Pilates, offering both group classes and one-on-one sessions. From the moment you walk in, it feels like a space designed for movement, focus, and self-care. The variety of classes is another big reason I keep coming back. From Restore where I get a good stretch to Cardio Sculpt (the jump board is so fun and exciting!), to the classic reformer-style classes offered at three different levels—there’s truly something for everyone. This studio is perfect for beginners all the way to pros, and for all ages. You never feel out of place no matter where you’re starting. Out of all the instructors, Ashley G is hands down my favorite. Her voice is so soothing, and she always encourages us to check in with our bodies. Her classes help me feel grounded, connected, and calm—I always leave feeling more centered than when I arrived. She is incredibly kind, genuinely beautiful inside and out, and her positive energy radiates throughout the room. You can really feel how much she cares. I also want to give a special shoutout to Emily R. I love how she offers help without ever making you feel called out. Her classes are definitely a workout, but she delivers instruction in such a kind, supportive way. She’s informative, encouraging, and you can absolutely tell she loves what she does. Overall, Club Pilates has become a place I truly look forward to going. The instructors, the environment, and the variety of classes make it an amazing studio, and I’m so grateful I made the switch!
This place is so awesome and i love the welcoming vibe. Ashley has a great class on Wednesday evenings and you really get an incredible workout - I always feel well stretched and leave Aina Haina with a smile on my face.
I've been going to Club Pilates about once a week for almost 12 month now, and I can't believe I didn't listen to my wife about taking classes sooner! I have seen incredible results at just one class a week that I've now increased to 2 classes a week. My shoulder, back, knees, and feet hurt much less, if at all at this point in my journey. I believe if you are consistent, your instructors will start know how to push you and help get you better. Sarah, Asa, Vanessa are instructed whose classes I am usually able to make it to, and I cannot say enough about their qualities. My 1st comment to my wife after the 30min trial class was "ohhhh it's like yoga, but better".
Ayaka is one of the best instructors hands down here at this location. Her instructions are perfectly paced, controlled and clear, nothing is fast talked or rushed with her. She is consistently mindful of each and every participant and their limitations. Her hands on approach is excellent in making small adjustments that may be needed throughout the moves to give you better alignment, movement understanding and what I think is more efficient in making sure you maximize muscle engagement for a more optimized workout. She has the model flow from any pilates instructor I have meet so far in the year I have been attending. I intentionally go out of my way for her Tuesday class, I definitely wish she had more classes because I would attend them all. I can't say enough great things about her. I absolutely love taking classes with Serenity at Club Pilates! She’s an incredible instructor who truly knows how to challenge us — every session pushes me in the best way possible. I’ve lost 10 pounds since joining and feel stronger, leaner, and healthier than ever. Pilates with Serenity works every single part of my body, and I always leave feeling accomplished and energized. The environment at Club Pilates is so positive and motivating, and Serenity’s energy makes it even better. The customer service I've received is amazing as well. They've worked with me to make adjustments to my class schedule. I’m so glad I joined — it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and wellbeing. Highly recommend!! 💪✨
