We want to thank the Amazing Katy Martin and her team for making our son’s wedding an extraordinary experience. Katy cared for every detail along the many months of planning, the lead up and ultimately the day of. She was a constant presence and always within reach for any questions, or to help prevent any issues. We can’t say enough positive accolades for her support during this entire process. As I told her directly, I can’t imagine anyone who would say a wedding day of our magnitude could be easy, but she sure made it look and feel that way! We highly recommend her service and will cherish our wedding day memories for years to come! Thank you so much!

Katy and her team were absolutely amazing. I can't imagine planning and executing my wedding without them. Every detail was taken care of, and the timeline was extremely thorough and followed perfectly. Katy and her team were incredibly attentive, not only to me and my husband but also to our parents, extended family, wedding party, guests, and vendors. During my year of wedding planning, I was extremely busy living out of town while in medical school and studying for my boards, which I had to take just a week before my wedding. Despite my packed schedule, Katy was able to relieve a lot of my stress with frequent meetings where we planned out every detail. It was invaluable to have her insights throughout the process — I truly could not have done it without her
Our wedding was 4.27.25. Katy and Cayla are amazing! They did my sister's wedding 4 years ago and then mine this year! Thank you so much. They went above and beyond from helping with little details (like reviewing reception games) all the way to the big things like building décor the day before and day of. Both were proactive about issues and always had solutions. Without them my husband and I would not have been able to be guests at our own wedding. You can tell they have been doing this a long time because they are circumspect. Thank you both so much for supporting our big day. Great job Katy and Cayla!
As a bride planning a wedding out of state, Coastal Coordinating allowed me to feel so at ease. Alli, our coordinator, provided step-by-step clear, communication throughout the whole planning and executing process. She managed our vendors and eliminated any day-of stress for me and my family. Even though we had just met, I had complete trust in Alli, knowing the event would go without a hitch (and it did!) I’m so grateful for her and her team and the day they created for us!
