We are extremely grateful to get to work with Cheri. I'm a transplant to Texas and I still can't get over the southern hospitality. Cheri has definitely been an immense part of why I'm thankful to be in Corpus. And to think, we met while her office was at lunch outing at the restaurant I work at. Everyone was just genuinely nice and polite. This showed their true character, that people I'd be happy to potentially work with. And here I am, two business transactions later, my business partners, wife and I have been undoubtedly happy with our work altogether! And now, we are looking for future homes and investments (which of course will be Cheri as our realtor)
We started working with Cheri and Jeff back in July 2020! We were moving to a new city, in a new state, starting a new job, and newly married all during a pandemic! Cheri and Jeff made our transition so much easier! We were very picky with very specific needs/wants in a new home and they were very accommodating! They made so much time for us, we would feel guilty when we didn't love a home...lol It became a friendship too. They made us feel so welcome to this new city and I believe that is what makes them so special! We finally bought a home, a really fast market out here, in November! Not only did they help us with finding our home but they also had a network of people that helped us get our home painted and cleaned before we moved in! They even had a plumber recommendation too! Cheri and Jeff have been a real blessing to our new family and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home in the Corpus Christi area!
