Let me preface by saying that I went to an urgent care a few days before this one for the same injury. I was skipped over several times, had to wait two and a half hours to be seen, was there for a total of 3+ hours, and nothing was fixed. It was a night and day difference between the two. I HATE going to any type of medical facility, but this time was fantastic. The doctor actually listened to me and explained everything in thorough detail. Not just throw a bunch of random medications at me and recommending a better doctor. They were all extremely nice from the moment I walked in, until the moment I walked out. I mean from the front desk all the way to the doctor. I felt heard. This was, by far, the best urgent care I've ever been to. I will only ever go back to this one if it's an option. I 100% recommend this one and if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. Big thanks to everyone there.
My experience today at Urgent Care was the same as previous visits. Bree & Ashley were very very personable; but most important, both were ultimate professional! My issue was resolved & shouldn’t have to return. A Very Satisfied Patient - Judy Cephus
Coastal Urgent Care is an excellent Urgent Care facility!!! The NP, Mrs. Conish, was very professional, polite, and very concerned with my issues. asked plenty of questions prior to giving me advice and my prescription, and her pleasant demeanor helped me carry on with my day peacefully. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the building also. I would recommend them to anyone!
Excellent service! Every member of the Coastal Urgent Care team was very helpful, friendly and supportive. We received the best service! No waiting time. Highly recommended!
