Huge thanks to David and his staff for making the selling process so easy. I’ve used a few traditional shopfront estate agents in the past. Communication and viewing availability was always a headache. I had none of this with Coats and Hall. From initial contact I was made to feel at ease and that I had made the correct choice in who I trusted to sell my house. David was quick to respond and no question seemed to be an issue for him. I cannot speak highly enough of Coats & Hall. I dealt with David who from start to finish was excellent. His advice, guidance, photos/videos, marketing and round the clock service was exemplary. David was open and honest from the start, fully advising me of the potentially challenging market conditions I may face when seling a larger property. However David exceeded my expectations and sold the house for more than home report value in just over 2 weeks, in doing so taking all the strees out of the sale process.
