I’m not the type of person to leave these kind of reviews but unfortunately I’m very disappointed on the service I received on Tuesday 01/27/26 at the Valvista and Baseline location in Gilbert, Az I paid $40 for the platinum car wash you know you pay the “BEST” package assuming you’re going to get a good or decent job done. Not one time did I or do I ever expect they leave my vehicle sparkling clean in beyond perfect condition as if an actual car detailer would. Well anyways I go in pay my wash then hang out outside and literally within a total of 8 minutes I get yelled at that my vehicle is ready like vacuumed, put into the wash, hand dried, inside polished and windows cleaned. That’s when I should’ve realized something was wrong but nope I still tipped the guys and took off as I’m driving I still noticed my windshield was smudged with who knows what because it sure was not like that at time of arrival trash in the cup holders dirt and small pieces of trash on the floor mats dashboard missing some wipe downs so here I’m already like okay maybe they are short staff but then again it was only myself and one other customer me trying to find excuses So I make it to my next stop opened my back doors to out my bags in and that’s when I seen the rest of my vehicle I was in disbelief I couldn’t believe it i was so shocked and disappointed because this location has been my favorite for awhile now I’ve gone at all hours of the day busy not busy and have never ever had this type of disappointment before like I’ve said I wasn’t expecting top notch because I know I didn’t pay top dollar but come on do the work you advertise and do semi correct I’m very disappointed 😔
I like Cobblestone. Unfortunately out of all the ones I like, I dislike this one the most. It's too busy. There's only one express lane. There are few vacuums. I can't even use a vacuum unless I get my car washed. And the full service will go 3 cars straight and let the express back up and wait a few minutes. Good for full service. Terrible for those of us who just want to clean their car as quickly as possible. Suggestion? Build another one that is strictly got express. Use this for full service only.
I have gone to cobblestone for oil changes for at least two years. It always seems to be convenient., This morning was no different. I wish I remembered the young man that pulled me into the bay and went over the process, but he was very kind and informative looked up my past records. We did the same oil change. When finished which took 10 or 15 minutes, maybe he came and got me I went to the golf course as I left a small puddle of oil. I took it directly to the same shop. The same young man and the management was very kind. Didn’t try to make blame. They said let us take a look at it. It could be overflow. We got in the bay and that’s exactly what it was. They cleaned everything up check the cap. Make sure that that was on again and nothing was leaking. Recheck the oil level all treating me with dignity. Respect for bringing something back. You don’t always find that. They offered me a 30% discount for my next oil service which I am grateful however I ask for nothing. The best part was they are very apologetic for wasting my time having to come back and that they will concentrate more so I’m preventing further concerns for customers with overflow. Management got underneath the bay and was part of the solution. They are fantastic again. I will continue to go there for years to come way to go cobblestone on Val Vista and baseline. I’m more appreciative that I was treated with respect thank you again.
This review reflects my personal experience with this location. I have been consistently disappointed with the quality and safety of the Cobblestone car wash. The wash itself is extremely inconsistent, many times the machines dispense little to no soap, the wash cycle barely touches the vehicle, and the dryers fail to dry the car at all. For an express wash, the results are consistently inadequate. My larger concern, however, is the lack of maintenance and the safety hazards on the property. The equipment is visibly worn, and in my case, it caused actual damage to my vehicle. My car door was struck by the metal rack that holds the vacuum hoses. The protective rubber that should be covering the metal was missing, leaving an exposed metal piece hanging off. Because it wasn’t maintained, it resulted in a dent and a paint chip on my door. I notified management and corporate immediately, including reaching out directly to the manager, Brandon Pall. Despite multiple attempts, no one has provided a meaningful response. I requested to file a damage claim, but the company refused, stating they would not cover it because an employee did not physically cause the damage, even though the damage resulted from their unsafe, poorly maintained equipment. As a business open to the public, they have an obligation to maintain their premises in a reasonably safe condition, and that clearly did not happen here. In my opinion, this location fails to provide a reliable wash, fails to maintain its equipment, and fails to take responsibility when their lack of maintenance causes damage. I cannot recommend this car wash to anyone who values their vehicle or expects basic accountability from a business.
This afternoon I brought my 2018 RAM 2500 over for the Full service Wash .. After only waiting :15 minutes my Truck looked absolutely amazing inside and out! Everyone was professional and friendly, I will definitely be back. Thank you
