This place is great 😃 i am a newbie because i would always wash my car at home but the hard water is getting too much for it , so i decided to try this place. Shout out to CHRIS 😎 🥳 he was sooo helpful and friendly. I decided to get the unlimited plan because you can come everyday if you wanted 😃👏👏 Chris was patient in explaining everything ( because i had alot of questions 😆😃) . The wash part is good and if you think it needs another wash then come back again, easssyyy 😎. The best thing is their vacuums 🤩🤩 wowwww 🤩 they are even better then my home one 🤭🤭
Im never going here again. I usually go to Frankies on 57th ave and Peoria av but they were closed. My car had one bird turd on the on top of my car. First time it didn't get washed off. Car was not that dirty. Had to drive it thru again. I paid for the 8.99 wash. Tennant explained i should've gotten the 12.99 wash. That's why they had to run it twice. I've never had to run my car thru twice when I go to Frankies on Peoria Ave. Plus I dont have to listen to a sales speel on why I should sign up for monthly service (10 minute lecture). When I went there couple years ago, it was like having to sit thru a time share speech because I didn't sign up for a monthly service. I will never go here again.
I waited 10 minutes in the office for someone to help me but no one came. The only attendant available was too busy selling new memberships at the outdoor kiosk. I needed help with my window tag but now I’ll just cancel my membership and find a place with better service.
This place is usually great! But unfortunately today the water stopped running and they sent me through 3 times dry... The staff was nice about it and sent me through the 4th time and the foam actually worked but the rinse was not functional so my truck just looks like a red glazed donut because of the dried up soap. Im currently at home rinsing every thing off with my garden hose and leaf blower
Absolutely Ridiculous Experience – False Advertising and Terrible Service I don’t like writing reviews like this, but this experience deserves it. I pulled into this car wash and was stopped before even entering—told my truck was “too dirty” to be washed. Yes, it had some mud on it from off-roading. That’s the entire point of a car wash. What makes it worse? They have a giant picture plastered on their window of a mud-covered truck with the slogan “Dirt?”—as if they specialize in cleaning off-road vehicles. It’s blatantly false advertising and completely misleading. If your business can’t handle actual dirt, don’t market yourself as a place that can. Don’t waste your time here. There are plenty of other washes that don’t shame customers for using their service as intended
