She was very professional and communicative from the moment we first contacted her. She recommended an absolutely stunning location with picturesque views. On the day of the event, she was punctual, and the picnic was exquisite. Every detail, from the tablecloth, napkins, runner, candles, and goblets, was carefully curated to create a beautiful tablescape. She raised the bar by providing professional photos of the event to capture the special moments of the day. Everyone in attendance raved about how unique and perfect the picnic was. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Magical – The Most Romantic Evening We Could Have Dreamed Of! I wanted to do something special and romantic, but decided very last-minute – just a couple of days before! I reached out to Megan at Coco Berry Picnic not expecting much availability, but she was an absolute dream to work with. She responded quickly, listened to every little detail i hoped for, and somehow made it all happen. The private picnic she set up for us was pure perfection. From the cozy boho-style setup with plush pillows and soft blankets, to the beautiful charcuterie spread, fresh oranges and grapefruit, and chilled sparkling apple cider – every element felt thoughtful and luxurious. The candles as the sun set made the whole scene feel like something out of a fairytale. It was intimate, romantic, and completely stress-free for us. Megan’s warmth, creativity, and attention to detail truly shone through. She turned a last-minute idea into the most memorable and romantic evening we’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a special experience – anniversary, proposal, date night, or just because – Coco Berry Picnic is the only choice. Megan is incredible, and we can’t thank her enough!
