Coleman catered a special event for our Rotary Club’s Centennial of 210 people and I found them to be amazing and easy to work with and the food to be delicious. Chef Justin knocked a private dinner out of the park. All four peanut infused courses were pefect. The first dish, a lovely ahi tuna appetizer, melted in my mouth. Followed by a butter nut squash soup with red pepper and peanut drizzle, the best I've ever eaten. Next up was a wedge salad sprinkled with chopped peanuts, and then the main course... a fillet tenderloin that could have been cut with a fork it was so tender. Lastly, the creme brûlée topped with apples and chopped peanuts was amazing! Justin, thank you for making such a great impression on the Texas Peanuts Mexican Influencers Tour!!

Coleman Catering has exceeded my expectations on countless occasions. Chef Justin Hendricks curates a menu that is not only mouth watering but a beautiful presentation as well. He goes above and beyond with his menu and is able to offer so many options that fit within our budget. Chef Mikah Wisian is the dessert diva making the most delicious sweet treats for our guests that keep them coming back for seconds and thirds. Coleman Catering has always been on time (early at every event) and it’s obvious why this company is so successful with both chefs having an extensive background and education in restaurant management. The team they offer is white glove service all the way. We will be a lifetime customer as they take the headache out of hosting. Highly recommended for something as simple as a charcuterie board and box lunches to an extensive buffet and multiple course fancy dinners. This team does it all while maintaining a super friendly and professional atmosphere putting our guests needs first. Thank you Coleman Catering.
