We had a great experience with Collision Center of Lubbock from start to finish. Damion was very informative and accommodating. We were informed of the process and what to expect, especially it was our first collision/car accident. He sent pictures of supplemental damages that were found and updated us at least 2x per week. We were able to drop our car on the set date. We also got our car back after just 7 business days. Our car was clean and smelled really good when we picked it up. Thank you Damion and your team! We appreciate your business and expertise!
It starts bad... but reading..The date to pick up my car keeps changing..Im sure so they can knickle & dime the insurance, The car was picked up end of Sept??? we were told the car would be ready in about a week.. I called to let them know I was on my way to get my car, Damen said I'd have to wait till Tuesday, I asked to take my car somewhere else, He said He'd have to call the owner & call me back, that was at 2pm, so now Im waiting..The Owner Mr. Lowell did in deed call me, I appreciated the fact he handled my situation..DO I DARE SAY... like a real BOSS!, I know he was a busy man & had his own life goin on but he He kept me posted on my vehicle, He also talked to his employees to make sure everyone was on the same page..Guess what... I got my car & iys running good.To see someone still value there customers & there employees is rare.. I would definitely recommend them.
Damion was fantastic in handling my SUV. From the first contact, I felt relaxed and confident that the insurance claim would be completed with my satisfaction. He was constantly in contact with updates throughout the process. THIS, is a very reputable company that you can trust. I owned and operated a GM dealership for 37 years, so I have had a lot of interactions with "Body Shops"-"Collision Centers" and insurance claims. Damion and Collision Center of Lubbock are certainly among the very best. Yes, I highly recommend!!
I have not been to Body Shop’s in Lubbock , as I have not lived here in the last 40 years. I did my research on Google and read about the body shop and their reviews. I chose this Body Shop due to the fact that their reviews were pretty much outstanding as well as they replied back. I myself as being a business owner in Austin for the last 40 years, I believe that responding back to your reviews is good business. When I called them on the phone, everyone I talked to We’re very pleasant and informative. My car was only there for a few days and it looks absolutely great. And they guarantee their work so if there is any problems, I’m not worried. And to top everything off, my car came back spotless clean. Thank you very much for taking care of me and my vehicle. I hope I don’t have to use your business again however, if we win, I will choose you again.
One of my best body shop experiences . They were kind and respectful. were able to get my car in less than a week. The overall cost was cheaper than other quotes that I had. They even cleaned the car before I picked it up. No complaints whatsoever.
