Wasn’t going to leave a review but my natural nails are ruined. Save your time and your nails. Went here and the first issue was I had to come back less than 24 hours later because the paint started peeling. I’ve now spent 4 hours with acetone and a file trying to get the paint fully off. Not sure what nail polish they use, but I have NEVER had this issue with OPI polishes.
My appointment was 9:30 on a weekday and I was the only customer there and my service still felt rushed. I upgraded my pedicure and only got a 2min massage. I don’t know if it’s because the polish is old, but almost every toe on my right foot had streaks and lines while I was still sitting in the chair. Polish was left outside of the nail… overall just a poor experience, especially for the price.
I really rarely leave bad reviews, but I had a pretty poor experience at this nail salon. Upon entering for a hard gel fill, the establishment was dirty (none of the tools had been cleaned off, there was paint and nail residue smeared on countertops and machines) which concerned me especially since this establishment also supposedly is a bar. The lady that did my nails was very sweet, and she did made sure to check throughout the process that I liked what I was getting, however she burnt my skin with the electric filer several times, broke 2 of my nails, and filed my nails very unevenly (which I didn’t notice until the polish was on). I came in with one broken nail which I knew I would have to pay more for, but they charged me for the two nails THEY broke! They also charged me for polish removal of my previous color on a FILL! So, what I initially expected to be a $66 service ended up being $87 baseline before tip. I would not recommend!
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had a nail salon. I got a gel pedicure and poly gel manicure. I asked for white to blue ombré on my nails when I arrived. The nail tech literally painted my nails white and streaked blue paint down my nails and then said he was done. I wish I was kidding. When I told him I could not leave the salon with my nails looking like this, the only other option offered was to paint them solid blue. Now I have bright blue nails for my birthday. And the parking garage still charged me $30 bucks even though the salon is supposed to validate parking. $160 later and I hate my nails. Do they care? No.
