Colorado Party Rentals is truly one of my favorite rental partners I get to work with as a wedding planner. Their team is consistently professional, warm, and so easy to collaborate with from start to finish. A special shoutout to Maelia, who is my right hand there. She has endless patience with me and my clients as we come into the showroom and work through evolving visions—navigating place settings, linens, furniture, and décor with ease. She allows couples to explore and physically play with different combinations of plates, glassware, and textiles until the perfect design emerges. Her suggestions are always helpful and never overbearing, and her follow-up is timely, detailed, and consistently above and beyond. I also have to acknowledge the delivery crews who do all the heavy lifting—literally. From tents to tables and chairs, they show up ready to work and are always kind and accommodating, even when I (as the planner) make last-minute adjustments that require extra effort. Their professionalism on wedding days makes such a difference. Colorado Party Rentals also does an excellent job refreshing their inventory, keeping up with the latest trends and offering a wide range of beautiful, high-quality items that elevate any wedding space. Their selections make it easy to create stunning, thoughtful tablescapes that leave a lasting impression. Highly recommend them for any event or wedding.
Everyone was professional and offered amazing solutions. The delivery driver was overly concerned with making sure we were pleased and they had everything clean and exactly how we wanted the products. The sales & customer service were outstanding for the planning of the wedding! We had a great experience renting multiple products to support the wedding we hosted. I would recommend using them!
CO Party Rental is punctual, flexible, responsive and reliable... everything you want as a wedding coordinator. There are many rental companies on my black list but CO party rental is NOT one of them. These guys are fantastic!
We were overall happy with our experience with CPR! Maelia was great, as well as communicative and kind! It was unfortunate to see how dirty and covered in dust and grime all of our reception chairs were, we spent a lot of time having to clean over 100 chairs. For the amount of money we spent on rentals for our wedding, I definitely expected them to be cleaned, or at the very least wiped down prior to delivery. The employees who delivered were nice enough, but left trash and used cigarettes on the ground of our land, where we were having our ceremony and reception.
We used Coloarado Party Rentals for my Mother’s memorial in Woodland Park. I worked with Vicky who was detailed oriented and helped insure I had everything I needed. She was also helpful when I needed to make changes or additions. The delivery crew did a great job with the setup and provided a number for us to call if we needed anything, which we didn’t because they did such a great job. The take down crew was also detailed oriented and made certain everything was 100% cleaned up before leaving. I’d highly recommend this company and appreciate what a great job they did.
