Huge kudos to Comfort Pro Heating and Cooling for their outstanding service. They had our heater diagnosed and up and running in no time. When we purchased our home, the furnace was under a home warranty, but the warranty company’s technician came out twice and still couldn’t properly identify or fix the problem. After weeks of frustration, I called Comfort Pro, and they were at our home the very next day. Their technician quickly pinpointed the issue, explained everything clearly, and fixed it efficiently. The difference in professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness was night and day. Comfort Pro truly delivered when others couldn’t.
Terrible. They need to train their a/c technicians more. I’m sure there are good ones that work there but like in any place there are bad ones. The one that came to my house to fix my a/c heat charged me for a part that did not fix the problem. I called the company and they sent him back. The technician told me it could be another part and he said he would send me an invoice with the other part and price. He never sent anything and I never heard anything. Just awful customer service from the guy. I called another company and the a/c guy was able to fix the problem with his first visit and did not require any new parts. I don’t know if this companies technician was dishonest or just didn’t know what he was doing. They charged and did work that I probably didn’t need. Would not recommend this company.
Anthony (technician) did a great job! He answered all of my questions as he walked me through the issue and what he would need to do. I was very happy with their service, timely and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.
Customer service was amazing. AC unit went out on Labor Day. The service coordinator contact the tech and we had a same day inspection. He provided the diagnoses and order the part and was back within a couple of days to install and save the family misery. Anthony was very thorough, efficient and a great customer experience during an uncomfortable period of time for my family. That dude is legit!
