In all of my interactions with the folks at Comfort Solutions they have been friendly, polite, professional, and responsive. Having worked with several other HVAC providers in the past, my experience with Comfort Solutions has been the best by far -- I highly recommend them!
These folks really went out of their way to help me repair and ultimately replace my mini split. All the people that I encountered along the way at this company were genuinely kind and went an extra mile. They were also fast, true to their word, reasonably priced and did a great job. I would enthusiastically recommend them.
We have been very satisfied customers of Comfort Solutions for the past eight years. In 2017 they installed a new Carrier heat pump in our former home. Last year they installed a new Carrier air conditioner in our condo home along with a Honeywell electronic air filter. Just now Marcus expertly installed a new Carrier gas furnace in our condo. Over the years Comfort has made appropriate repairs and maintenance to our HVAC equipment and that of our daughter. They only recommend new equipment when it is no longer economical to fix the old. Even then they don't attempt to upsell unneeded equipment. We highly recommend Comfort Solutions.
Doug from Comfort Solutions Heating & Cooling was great. He was on time and patiently waited for me. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He kindly explained things to me that I didn’t know about my unit. Any future needs, I’m requesting Doug. I've had difficulty finding a good HVAC company to service my furnace every year since my old "mom and pop" servicer closed. I have definitely found it now, with Comfort Solutions Heating & Cooling. Setting up a home visit was smooth, efficient and courteous. Comfort Solutions tech Elliot came to my home earlier this week, and did a thorough check on my furnace and all its interior mechanisms, even taking photos as needed to "show his work." I will definitely be using this company again for yearly furnace maintenance.
