If I could rate my experience at Computer Cave a "10" - I would. From the first phone call I made to see if they could help restore a vintage age Game Boy all the way to successful completion of the restoration, I was treated with the utmost of respect and the TEAM complimented us on the condition of the GB and how well it was preserved. Andrew Hagan was the technician and I will always be grateful for his diligence and tenacity to get the GB up and going so our son can pass the GB to his son. This business is a great asset to Richmond and surrounding localities. Andrew kept us informed and answered all our questions with great knowledge and again respect and the utmost of customer service. Hats off to all. Martha
These guys are the best. Locally owned and extremely genuine. I've had several Android phones repaired here over the years, and Computer Cave has been my go to spot even compared to shops in Silicon Valley, where my husband lives. My phone kicked the bucket earlier this week, and for free, they helped me figure out if a diagnostic was even worth doing (it wasn't). My entire family is made up of analogue electrical and software engineers, but basically everyone I know absolutely hates microsoldering. These guys will do it well and for a great price, or they tell you to save your money because a new motherboard is the cost of a new phone. 100% recommend.

Amazing group of people there. I had a massive PC issue where my screen would black screen and then gpu fans would spin at full speed. They were able to locate the issue and provided a quick fix. It turned out to be a wiring issue. I also bought brand new components such as new ram, motherboard, cooler and chip. They installed each component pretty quickly despite them being overwhelmed with other orders. The cable management is beautiful. Easy to read and it fits the case nicely.
Great team of folks at Computer Cave. I took a custom iPod 5.5th gen to get fixed. I had added a bunch of mods to it, Bluetooth, sd card and bigger battery and somehow did something wrong. They were able to fix it, get up and running. Very happy with the service!
