Ive never given 5stars to a company who actually turned down our work.... BUT... Mark explained that our business was too small for their services, but then continued to spend time talking me through a couple of issues and tried to help over the phone with some signposting and tips that I could check out myself. Computer Geeks are easily one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure working with. The service they have provided to us has been truly brilliant and am I extremely grateful to the whole team for all their support in assisting me in my role as Office Manager of a large venues and events business (I honestly don't know what I would do without them!). They act like they are part of your team, and have a genuine interest in seeing you prosper as a business. Having been a partner with them for nearly a year now, the amount we have accomplished and the improvements we have made to the business have been amazing. It's so important in IT support that there is 2-way communication that is open and honest, because generally when people ask for help they want a problem fixed in real-time, and Geeks deliver where other companies fail.
