Dan did an amazing job fixing several electrical issues in my home, and I’m extremely happy with the results. He was professional, punctual, and very thorough in diagnosing the problems. They installed a bunch of pot lights in my house over 2 years ago. Service was professional and well priced. Now 2 years later one of the LED pot lights started acting up. I reached out to them and within the hour they had replied to my email and set aside a replacement part for me to pick up free of charge. Excellent service and special shout-out to Angela for being so responsive and easy to work with.
I don't often come online to review companies, but my experience with Conestogo Electric installing my EV charger at home was exceptional. They were extremely quick to respond and provide a detailed quote. They booked the service quickly. Communications were very prompt, professional and friendly. From the appointment booking, quotation and the technician who did the install. I was very pleased with the whole process and the overall cost was reasonable and comparable. I did not even receive responses or very late responses from some other companies that I reached out to. The install was very tidy and looks great. Highly recommend.
I continue to be satisfied with the level of service that Conestoga Electric provides, as we have engaged them in the past to perform work at our house. For this project, Clayton initially met with us and offered guidance through some options and considerations in replacing over 20 existing pot lights, as well as installing two ceiling fans and perform some minor trouble-shooting. Shortly afterwards, he provided us with a very detailed quote for the scope of work. Our electrician, Kyla, was efficient and skilled when she expertly completed the scope of work throughout the house. She was pleasant, conducted herself professionally and showed care when working around our furnishings. Conestoga Electric continues to be a company that values, service, quality and integrity. I highly recommend them without reservation.
I've worked with Conestogo Electric a few times and have always been pleased - this last visit was no different! Our service electrician, Dan M, was knowledgeable, skilled, and very tidy. He completed the work of running the wire and installing three sconces quickly with no issues. He was also very lovely with our loud/nosey dog. Conestogo will certainly continue to be our go-to for our electric needs.
