My 11 month baby had a great experience!!! I loved how they took a before and after picture and sent us a certificate for her first haircut 🥹 She was entertained with the tvs they have here and the hair stylist Yvette was very patient and super sweet !!! 10/10 recommend ♥️
Absolutely amazing first experience for my toddlers haircut! Made an appointment for the last time slot of the day, they got us started quickly. Naty did an excellent job and was BEYOND patient with my 16month old. He did well until we tried the clippers. Would definitely go back for another! Added bonus, I was unaware that there was a special on Wednesdays. As a busy mom of 2 under 2 it was a pleasant surprise!
The stylist Hailey did such an amazing job and was so patient with us. Our daughter is autistic and non verbal, and was having a difficult time with the whole process due to her sensory issues. I just can't thank Hailey enough in helping us through the process. We will definitely be returning to this location. A+++ customer service
Took my 3 year old year for her first time getting her hair cut in a professional salon (and not just me cutting her bangs at home) and I’m so glad I did! My daughter was a little nervous and the staff was so nice to her and tried to make her feel as comfortable as possible. Her stylist (so sorry I forgot her name!) was so sweet. I appreciated how she wanted to make sure she fully understood how I wanted her hair cut and tried her best to chat with my shy girl to help her feel comfortable. I loved the finishing touches of letting my daughter pick out a bow for her hair and adding the glitter to her hair. My daughter felt good after her haircut and played on their little playground before leaving with a lollipop. Would definitely come back again!
LOVE LOVE LOVE! The ladies were so so nice! My daughter loved them! My daughter enjoyed her experience, she was happy the whole time. as one lady was cutting her hair, there was another lady entertaining my daughter. We came in for some bangs, and we got the “1st haircut” package.. they took a before and after picture , she even got a lollipop at the end! my daughter is 11 months old, and they did such a great job.
