EMERGENCY on Saturday Night Didn't know who to call so I got on Google and started calling HVAC companies who advertised Open 24 Hours. All the AI Assistants who answered could schedule me next week, during normal business hours - NOT within 24 Hours! I just kept hanging up on the AIs until I reached Cool Breeze who uses an answering service with a real live person. The gal was so nice and understanding and had Kyle at my house within 30 mins. Turned out to be dead batteries in the thermostat. Now I know... While there he took a look at the filter and the heating unit and explained some things based on the previous owner's notes. I appreciated the education and time spent. I paid $134 for an emergecny housecall which I felt was reasonable.

I had Justin from Cool Breeze over for maintenance on our furniture system. Right on time and kept me aware of every step as he worked through the process. Several areas needing repair were pointed out, with the immediate repair standing out. A breakdown of service and repair was prepared, two out of three taken care of that same day. The technicians were on time, clearly explained what needed to be done, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and the new heater is running beautifully. Highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work!
Anthony was super in every regard! He was a true pro and helped me with the purchase of a cleaner (not sure the name of it) to help my house stay healthy! There was an issue with the new contract but he stayed tenacious until it was fixed! A huge help for sure! He also was very patient and friendly throughout his appointment! Really liked him and love doing business with Cool Breeze! Great job Cool Breeze as always!
