We had a new AC, furnace and ductwork installed. The best experience. They were very thorough with their estimate which I appreciateed. Very professional. I needed an adjustment in one of the rooms and they came out the same day I called. We are so pleased with the new system. It's awesome. We found their prices to be fair as well. Cool Care does regular A/C maintenance for us and have always been thorough and honest with their evaluations. They found a leak in the fan coil unit and replaced it. This required them to rebuild the plenum box and reconnect all the duct work. They did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them.
After several companies quotes I ended up with Cool Care. They provided a quote that was in line with other quotes but what set them apart was the personalities of the owners. They were helpful in explaining the differences in systems. Standard AC vs Heat Pump. (Ended up with a heat pump system). I made a decision on a Monday and they came out the following day. Installation went well. They explained the system, provided a nice overview. The workers were all nice and professional. They cleaned up after and hauled away the old equipment. I would recommend them.
I found Cool Care Heating through google and they sent out Al to help fix my AC unit. Hes very polite and is detailed with his work. Pricing is competitive and its nice to have peace of mind having an experienced person take care of your AC. I highly recommend them if youre having issues with your AC units
