Ryan was absolutely phenomenal. He provided exceptional service from start to finish—kind, attentive, and welcoming, with a wonderful smile throughout our visit. His attention to detail and genuine care made the experience truly five-star. Thank you, Ryan, for the outstanding service, and thank you to Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant for the consistently amazing food and dining experience we continue to enjoy every time we visit.
Easy resevations. Nice bar staff, and overall staff was friendly. Our server was a bit curt. Now to the food - pic of bruschetta attached. Seriously this is the worst ever - sliced cherry tomatoes on a piece of bread with basil as scarce as a church mouse. Then burnt bread with butter, and the filet that was ordered with the specialty potatoes and broccoli that was served eith.pitatoes and potatoes..no broccoli until the end of dinner, and it was barely cooked and tasteless. Overall food not impressive. Will not reccomend or return. Not worth the price. Oh..wine was 👍
Emma C was the best waitress we have had! Very knowledgeable about the wines and menu. We appreciated her charming personality and attention to detail during our visit as well as the recommendations she had. The atmosphere was great and even though they were busy, we were never left waiting for anything!
First timer for a birthday (party of 12) and all our food was delicious. I LOVE the 2 tasters (decent amount poured for tasting in my opinion) of wine per person, I was able tp try different wines that i wouldn't of otherwise! Will definitely come back. I got pictures of some plates but not all!
Today’s visit was EXCEPTIONAL! The food was a straight TEN OUT OF TEN and even better than THAT, was the service from the two black lady with glasses and the white man with glasses at the wine tasting bar. And even BETTER than all of the above was the STAR of the ENTIRE show, my Server SINDY! She’s beautiful inside and out with an accent that’s made for exquisite wines and no matter how busy she got she still checked on all of her tables every frequently. That’s a BIG deal because I’ve gone several times before where the servers will serve your food and forget about you! I once needed something that was missing from my order and by the time I finally got checked on, my meal was completed smh. LISTEN UP COOPERS HAWKS, have Sindy teach your staff a class on Customer Service!
