Went on a Friday for a 600p reservation. We shared a wine tasting prior to the same. The tasting area was very busy but we were able to find a spot. Went to our table a little bit after the alottrd time - thank you for being accomodating. Service with Augustine was fantastic and he gave great recommendations.... the blackened salmon sub for the chicken on the napa chicken salad was delish. We got the arancini and gnocchi alla vodka as well. Pretzel bread is always a win.

I dined at Cooper’s Hawk on Thanksgiving and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. I ordered the Thanksgiving prix fixe menu, which began with a velvety butternut squash soup. It was perfectly seasoned, rich without being heavy, and balanced with a subtle sweetness that set the tone for the rest of the meal. The traditional Thanksgiving entrée was beautifully executed. The turkey was tender and flavorful, the mashed potatoes creamy and buttery, and the stuffing tasted truly homemade. The cranberry sauce added a bright, tart contrast, and the carrots and green beans were cooked to that ideal point where they still had a slight bite! showing attention to technique rather than mass-holiday cooking shortcuts. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared rather than rushed, which is rare on such a busy holiday. For dessert, the pumpkin pecan praline cheesecake was outstanding!! indulgent, perfectly spiced, and texturally balanced with the crunch of the praline topping. Our server, whose name I regretfully forgot was exceptional. He was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely kind. Even on a packed holiday service, he carried himself with professionalism and warmth that elevated the experience. Overall, Cooper’s Hawk delivered a refined Thanksgiving meal that exceeded expectations. The kitchen showed precision, the flavors were cohesive, and the service was top-tier. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
This was our first visit and overall it was amazing. The food was yummy. The only complaint is my husband wishes he ordered more food before we left to continue our date night. Lol. The service was great and timely. Our waitress was nice and attentive when necessary. She was also very informative of the menus and drinks. I would go back!
My wife and I went here for my birthday. Amazing food, atmosphere, drinks, and dessert. She got the shrimp and scallop risotto and raspberry sangria, I got the gnocchi a la vodka and PBJ old fashioned - all were so delicious! And with a chocolate peanut butter cookie and ice cream for dessert to round off the night. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend Cooper’s Hawk! 🍷🍝
