Our wedding was just last weekend, and we’re still soaking it all in—but we didn’t want to wait to share how grateful we are for Jessy from Cornejo’s Catering INC. This was our first time planning a big event, and their team made such a difference throughout the whole process. From the early planning stages to the big day itself, they were organized, kind, and genuinely easy to work with. They really listened to what we were going for and helped bring it to life in a way that felt true to us. The decor was beautiful—simple, thoughtful, and exactly the vibe we had pictured. Walking into the space and seeing everything set up was such a surreal and special moment. The food was another highlight. Everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. So many of our guests made a point to tell us how much they loved the food, which says a lot. They also handled dietary restrictions smoothly, which we really appreciated. Most of all, we felt supported by a team we could trust. On a day that can feel a bit hectic, that kind of calm, behind-the-scenes presence made all the difference. Thank you, Jessy, for helping make our wedding day feel so special. We’re so glad we had you as part of it.
Throughout the planning process Orlando worked with me providing suggestions and answering questions and concerns in a timely manner. The decorations, the flowers, the food all exceeded my expectations. I wish I had hired them for more things instead of trying to do it all because they really made the process easy.
The owner of Cornejo’s Catering Inc. (CCI), Jessie Cornejo, goes above and beyond for his clients. From our first encounter with CCI to the ending of our beautiful wedding Jessie made us feel blessed. We were fortunate Jessie assisted with the wedding coordination/event planning to exceed our expectations of service. Jessie appeared to have heart in the catering business and genuinely cared to make clients dreams come true. At the start, Jessie invited my now husband and I to try the complimentary food tasting before our first appointment; after tasting a few options of food we were immediately reeled in. CCI management and staffing were both professional and an absolute delight to work with. After countless interactions with other catering service(s), and one interaction with CCI, my husband I both agreed CCI would be the right choice for our special date. We went with CCI deluxe package and obtained some of CCI additional services. Our wedding venue was at Mission Springs Barn (San Miguel, Ca); the venue alone was already pretty but CCI made it gorgeous. The decorations, the flowers, and table presentations were better than what I mentally pictured. The food was an absolute hit! My wedding attendants were beyond pleased with the food. I will use one word to describe the food, “bomb!” The food was nothing short of amazing. I look forward to utilizing CCI for years to come. Three things that stood out with CCI is the strong organizational and communication abilities, exceptional culinary skills, and commitment to customer service. My highest praise for service accommodation goes out to CCI and Jessie.
I cannot begin to express how grateful I feel to have found Cornejos catering. Incredible value, professional, friendly and very easy to work with. Jessy is undoubtedly a fantastic and very great person to work with and always answered all our texts. From the moment I inquired about their services, to the tastings, to the planning fine details of decorations, it was all executed so flawlessly. The day of was such a a breeze, Jessy pretty much took care of all the details. My work with Cornejos made my wedding such a special experience. If you are looking for a comprehensive wedding caterer+ decorator, look no further. If I were to ever plan any other large events, I know exactly who to call. GREAT VALUE, GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE!!
Cornejo’s Event Planner did such an amazing job at my wedding. From floral, catering and coordination everything was perfect. The team is extremely professional— I met with them a couple of times prior to my event and shared inspirations. The day of the event everything was more than I expected. If you’re looking for a one stop shop that delivers phenomenal work, look no more, their work and staff are spectacular. I didn’t want to deal with too many vendors, and Cornejo’s does it all. I received great feedback from the venue on how great they were to work with. All of the guests were so pleased with the ambiance, food, and cake. Thank you Cornejo’s for making my day extra special!
