Corpus Christi Athletic Club offre des installations propres et bien entretenues avec un personnel courtois et une culture de la propreté guidée par les membres, appréciée par les membres depuis plus de vingt ans. Before I became a member, I would come to the club with my friend who was a member and I was impressed with the services offered by CCAC and it's appearance. It was clean, well maintained and the staff was always helpful and courteous. After I became a member I would get compliments from my out of town guests that would come with me, saying how impressed they were with members wiping down their machines after using them. One of my guests, from Houston told me once that people never wiped down their machines at his club and wished they would. I told him that I felt it was the culture grown within the club's members that kept the practice alive all these years. From my perspective CCAC has always been a class act. Top shelf. And I still feel that way for the past 20+ years.
I'm originally from Austin and it was really difficult to find a facility that would rival what is offered in Central Texas. But CCAC has even surpassed other clubs I've been to in the past. Having a cold dip, sauna, steam room, pool, indoor track, clean environment with up-to-date equipment, with a plethora of fitness and wellness amenities is great; but to also have such courteous and helpful staff from the front desk, to customer service, cleaning crew, and trainers is above and beyond!
Had a personal training session with Trevor and he is the man. We went through every exercise in my program and he really helped me dial in my form on a lot of lifts. He’s super knowledgable and I really benefited from our session. Definitely recommend him if you’re trying to take your training to the next level or just refine it. Also the gym is great! Love the cold plunge and it is all very clean.
The facilities are solid and are continually improving! But the best part of this club are the people working there. Whether it’s a person washing and folding towels to experts in their area of experts, all are kind and generous with their time. And all of that is topped off by the lovely people who greet you when you enter. In particular John. WOW, what a great human being!! My only are of improvement needing to be addressed is the poor internet connection/service.
Hands down, best gym with the most amenities and cleanest facilities. Provides the biggest variety of group classes, and is the ONLY gym with a steam room, cold dip, and so much more!
