Maira is an amazing representative. Very patient with me and incredibly helpful! I really appreciate the customer service I was provided this Friday night, Dec. 12th. I had to find a couple of my paperwork and Maira stayed on the phone as I really needed to get insured tonight. Thank you SO much. I definitely recommend her services. My experience with this car insurance company was very disappointing. I called them and waited for two days, but no one gave me a clear answer. At first, they gave me a very high price that I haven’t seen anywhere else in Los Angeles. I spoke with two employees, Nadira and Victoria, who promised to find me something cheaper. However, on the third day in the evening, they gave me the same quote — but 10% higher than before. The employees don’t know how to communicate with customers and don’t keep their promises. I’m very disappointed with their service.
So, I call to get a quote. The guy takes all my info, phone # included and transfers me to their agent. I ask a question the female Latina, who’s name I don’t have, because she was speaking to fast and not clearly enough. I asked what I consider a very basic question which she should know right off the bat, as a licensed agent. She tells me she’s going to check, and places me back into the general queue. Now, things happen. That is why you get the client’s callback number. Extremely disappointed! I wouldn’t trust these incompetent “ licensed insurance professionals “ to insure my pet cockroach’s trash! Just curious how these people stay in business??? As the old adage goes, you get what you pay for. I rather pay more to a reputable provider than deal with these incompetents!
