Was referred to Cougar by a family member and so glad I was!! Graham was so kind and professional when I brought my 2006 Malibu Maxx in, he was honest about part availability and just put me at ease after my parking lot hit and run. The staff is so good, through with all the pertinent questions and sorted my rental that was all through insurance. I can’t say enough good things about this family run business!! If you want it done right? Go to Cougar. Best auto body shop ever! They even cleaned the inside!
Cougar went above and beyond to save my vehicle from being written off for a small fender bender. Graham and his staff were consistently instrumental in bringing this claim forward until I was able to get approval. What should have been resolved and repaired 9 months ago, Cougar repaired my vehicle in seven days! I am so grateful for the service, support and compassion they provide. I'm not sorry, I'm a Canuck fan since I love the west coast. The Flyers just kicked our ass the other day. My team sucks this year. Anyone can have a bad day. So My apologies, To your Dad Graham. I will come in to get them repaired with u guys since I feel your one of the best in city . Graham said they could be repaired, and I'm going to have both sides done at once. Its the passenger side that is really bad. I'm not letting any service technician worker ever drive my vehicle again except for u guys to remove them. I take my vehicle to the dealer and for tires I go to Fountain tires. But I do have one concern, Would it be better to wait till spring or summer to reinstall them' I'm not sure because they fit the vehicle so cleanly ,You think it's apart of the vehicle... But no one drives that van except for me now. It drives like a truck but it's a van. It was my Dads van. Merry Christmas Graham Dick and Cougar paint and Collision.
I brought my 2018 JGC in for a paint job Graham and the boys were great to work with. They did a great job.There were a few hiccups but were Handel quickly and it turned out great. Thank you, 👍
