County Arcade in Leeds is a stunning example of Victorian shopping architecture. Its elegant glass roof and ornate detailing create a bright, airy atmosphere that feels timeless. County Arcade was built between 1898 and 1904 as part of Leeds’ grand commercial development. Designed by architect Frank Matcham, it was intended to rival the great arcades of Europe. Over time it became part of the larger Victoria Quarter restoration in the 1990s. Today it remains one of Leeds’ most iconic and beautifully preserved historic arcades.
Beautiful shopping arcades across Leeds.. include Louis Vuitton and other lux brands. You could spend all day strolling strong the arcades. Unfortunately the same can’t be said for the Leeds city market. Most of the stores are vacant … Shame as it’s centrally located and could be a great place if the owner invested some dollars.

Lovely bit of history, amazing that it’s still a building which is in use. Originally built in the 1900 and it’s still got shops in today is great. A good place to visit when in Leeds, so many shops that are here from opticians to shoe shops. Loads to see and the architecture is beautiful, loved seeing it here.
This is one of most beautiful place I've seen. It's a stunning building with a victorian design.It has a more classical and ornate interior compared to other arcades. It seems that this arcade caters to a more high-end clientele.
