Thank you for being a positive part of my dad's life. You made such an impact on him he wanted to volunteer. The way he put things I assumed this was a non profit. Not everyone feels this way when they walk in at a bad time and see their loved one's suffering. I felt the need to tell you how much my family values Courage for Kenny. ✌️
The doctor was great, but the front desk doesn’t know much about insurance which is their job to know since it’s like another language to the patients. I was told after they verified my coverage that “your insurance looks like it’ll cover $125 for visits so you should be good”, later discovered my insurance only covered about $70 of over $500 in visits. Like the weather man they won’t get fired if they’re wrong.
Sandra is phenomenal. She truly understands the mechanics of the body. And has helped me recover. I look forward to going. She challenges me as well. I’ve seen noticeable improvement in my muscles. It’s really up to me to become strong again but she guides the way!! Great therapist!
No one seems to know what is going on or can answer simple questions such as, "why hasn't my father been bathed since he has been here?" Which was 10 days ago!!!!! Or why is his blood sugar at 500?!? Seriously, are you not managing that? Why is he having trouble breathing? He is on oxygen. DO YOUR JOB!
